"Greyman Cries, Shaman Dies, Billowing Smoke, Beauty Evoked"

It' s a name of a group of sculptures.
Kapoor said that to make art without the hand is a goal that sets art beyond expression. and here it is. Art without the hand. Art in its pure nature. Only idea and shape.
Drawn and produced with the aid of a computer-assisted piping machine, they crowd a room where there is no room for anything else. You walk among them with some difficulty. it is a world of worm-cast mountains, intestinal tubing, funnels and squirming nests, tails and slugs, writhing columns of turds, lava-like puddles and drools, hollow cakes and all sorts towers and pyramids.
Each sculpture is a gone-wrong golem, because the material is often broken and coming apart over itself. His work deals,in fact, with the Jewish folklore and this sort of sculpture isn't but an animated being created from inanimate matter.
Anish kapoor teaches us how to create with an artistic idea something that seems pulsating, moving, alive somehow. how to create a myth.
